How do we work?

Step 1: Request a Quote

This initial step begins with you providing us details about your requirements.

Step 2: Requirements Analysis and Quote

Next, we will carefully review your requirements, assess the feasibility of your project, and offer you a fixed-price quote if all details are clear. Occasionally, we may need to contact you via phone or email to clarify specific points.

Step 3: Payment and Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Upon acceptance of the quote, payment will be processed, and by doing so, you implicitly accept our Terms & Conditions.
Payment is required upfront for smaller projects. For projects requiring more time than average, we offer both scaled payment options and a special condition for one-time payment option.

Step 4: Coding and Solution Development

During this phase, our team will engage in coding and developing the solution for your project. On average, this process takes between 5 to 10 business days. There may be instances where we need to engage with you to address practical questions and ensure clarity.

Step 5: Delivery of Test Version

Next, we will deliver a test version of the project. You will have the opportunity to test the solution in a simulated trading account, either in real-time or playback mode, at your own pace. This ensures that the solution aligns with your initial requirements and meets your expectations.
Minor changes can be requested at no extra cost, provided they do not affect the main algorithm or require significant development effort.

Step 6: Fine-Tuning and Delivery

Our team will proceed with any fine-tuning pointed out by you and will employ efforts to deliver the final version of the project as soon as possible.

Step 7: Licensing for User Machine ID

Upon finalization of the project, we will activate a lifetime license for your user machine ID. Please note, according to our Terms & Conditions, the solution is licensed for personal use only, and the code is not open for redistribution or modification. Any use other than personal use should be specified during the request quote step.

Step 8: Post-Delivery Support

We are committed to providing support for any bugs discovered for 1 year after the final version is delivered. Additionally, any enhancements to the solution that are not related to bug fixes will require a quote. Special pricing conditions will apply, as we aim to foster a long-lasting relationship with our customers and contribute to their success in trading.
